I visited this office twice, so far and while every single person is extremely helpful and nice, that office lacks communication. My 10am appointment turned into a 4-hour ordeal for a simple procedure which didn't happen until 1pm. Afterward the 5-minute procedure, they tossed me to the waiting room with no explanation and left me sitting there for another hour before I decided to leave.

My son has sustained sun and cosmetic burns to his cheeks ,seven weeks later, I was able to send my 13-year-old son back to his mother in Washington DC almost completely cleared up, my 24-year-old daughter and my 22-year-old daughter think I’m a genius

I was really nervous about this appointment, thinking I would have to have surgery. Turns out just a cream to fix my problem! Dr. Perez is a lovely person who genuinely calmed my fears and talked to me very respectfully. Thank you!
